Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Adilok Society, we value our readers and aim to provide transparency in our subscription and transaction policies. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for subscriptions and purchases made through our website www.adilok.com.


1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Subscribers may cancel their magazine subscription by contacting us at support@adilok.com or calling 97235 68409.

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next issue’s dispatch to be effective from the next cycle.

  • If the request is made after the issue has been dispatched, the cancellation will apply to the following issue.


2. Refund Policy

  • Once a subscription is confirmed and payment is processed, no refund will be issued for the current or past magazine issues.

  • Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

    • Duplicate payment made by the subscriber

    • Payment made but subscription not activated within 14 days

    • In rare cases where a printed copy is undelivered due to postal issues and replacement is not possible

In all cases, proof of payment and communication is required for initiating a refund process.


3. Delivery Issues

  • If a subscriber does not receive an issue within 15 business days of dispatch, they must notify us at support@adilok.com.

  • We will verify the shipping details and, if applicable, resend the issue without additional charges.

  • No refund will be issued for postal delays or address errors provided by the user.


4. Digital Access (if applicable)

  • If any digital edition or e-magazine access is offered, access credentials once shared are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • In case of technical issues accessing digital content, our support team will assist in resolving them, but no monetary refund will be offered.


5. Event or Workshop Cancellations (if applicable in future)

  • If The Adilok Society organizes events or workshops in the future and accepts online payment, separate cancellation and refund policies will apply for those, which will be stated on the event page.
