- The responsibility for the articles, thoughts, or opinions published in Adilok lies solely with the respective author.
- When submitting an article, the relevant department name must be clearly written on the cover.
- Authors must submit their articles in 1200 to 1500 words, written legibly on one side of a fullscape or A4-sized paper.
- Each article must include the author’s full name, address, and mobile number at the end.
- Authors should keep a copy of the submitted article with them. The editorial office is not responsible for returning the copy.
- The editorial board reserves the right to make necessary edits and revisions to the submitted articles.
- Articles or materials that have been published elsewhere will not be republished in Adilok. The author must provide an assurance to this effect.
- The copyright for the articles published in Adilok remains with the author and Adilok. Without prior permission, the article cannot be used in any form.
- All submitted papers should be free from plagiarism, original in research, and should contribute new ideas or innovations.
- Authors submitting their research papers in Hindi must use the Mangal font.
- Each author is required to fill out and submit a copyright form.
