1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship physical copies of The Adilok Magazine across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Dispatch Timelines

  • Magazines are printed and dispatched monthly/quarterly (as per publication schedule).

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 7 business days of confirmation of subscription/payment.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery typically takes:

    • 5–10 business days for metro cities

    • 7–15 business days for other regions

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to postal or courier network delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Partners

  • We use India Post and/or reliable private courier services for shipping across India.

  • A tracking number may be provided (if applicable) upon dispatch.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are included in the subscription price unless otherwise mentioned.

  • For bulk orders or special deliveries, additional charges may apply and will be communicated in advance.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Subscribers must ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of ordering is accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Re-delivery in such cases may be chargeable.


7. Non-Receipt of Magazine

If you do not receive the magazine within 15 business days of the expected delivery date:

  • We will investigate and resend the issue if necessary (subject to availability and verification)
